"The only reason I'm giving a 4 versus a 5, was due to asking for Vinegar and getting home to find zero in my bag. Otherwise, I did drive thru, ended up having to pull over to wait for freshly cooked chicken - which I am A OK with waiting on fresh food! The lady at the window, to include the employee who brought my food out, provided exceptional customer service! (I just wish I would've gotten at least one or two vinegars lol)"
