"I used the drive though at 8:30am. I clearly ordered a diet Coke but the drink was regular coke. I'm diabetic. I politely told the young woman at the drive through I mistakenly received the wrong drink. She huffed, brought the correct drink copping an attitude and rudely stating "it tastes the same." No...it doesn't...amf regular coke will spike my glucose level. I will not return."

"We were on a field trip and in a a school bus. We went here to eat breakfast while the students were in the cinema. When we pull up, an employee locked the doors by the drive thru. So we go to the other side, they had locked it too. There was only 2 of us and other customers tried to get in also. We went to Nellie's next door and when we left, they had unlocked the doors. Guess they thought we had a bus load to bring in. Jokes on them."

"Sat over 20 minutes waiting in drive thru which was acceptable for lunch time, and the price was what I expected for two large combo meals and an a la carte extra, but what I don’t like is driving 15 minutes back to my home to discover that what I thought was the right order, wasn’t right at all. Upon returning to the store to get my correct order I was given multiple excuses as to why it was wrong. The one person there in the whole kitchen area was trying to help, but the one cook was in the bathroom (the whole time i was there). The manager finally came out after making me wait and returned my money after her cook wouldn’t come out of the bathroom to make me my food that was messed up. This place is an absolute joke and I wouldn’t be surprised if this location shuts down sooner than later."

"Food was fresh. The Nashville hot chicken was a little soggy and not that spicy. The candied bacon was not candied. Service was incredibly slow. It took 30 minutes just to get our food. My wife's food was wrong and we tried to get a refund but have to return to get the refund."
