"The employees are always nice but if you come before 11 o’clock and you’re the only person in drive-through, it’ll take them 10 minutes to make your order. It’s never any quicker."

"I was in line to order with another car. I noticed the car pulled up in front of me and then the lights went out in the store but the sign to order remained on for me and another car. After 15 min I called the store and the girl taking orders replied we close at 8 pm and I just take my headset off. I told her that’s not satisfactory that she needs to let the 2 cars in line know “I’m sorry we’re closed” and not just leave us hanging. Unfortunately I decided to try back and this is a very the amt of meat on a sandwich now really…."

"I will start out by saying the employees were nice. I have two major complaints. First is that I didn't find out that this store didn't accept coupons until I was down at the end paying for my food. The coupon was the only reason I went to get subway because they are so expensive anymore. So my total came out to a third more than I was expecting. The second complaint is that I asked for olives as one of my vegetables, and receive 70 olives on my cold cut (I counted when I got home, older gentleman was the sandwich artist). Get your portions under control and you could afford to accept coupons."
