KFC

"How KFC has fallen. I went there just for a beverage bucket of Sweet Lightning Mtn Dew and it was a nightmare. I went at 515 and the drive thru was packed so I went inside. You MUST order through a kiosk inches inside the front door. I say and waited for my drink and waited and watched as 5 people came and ordered and received their food orders. I asked one of the employees about my drink and he looked dumbfounded and acted like that order never came through. 16 minutes later I finally got my drink and left. All of the chairs were up on the tables and it felt like they didn't even want anyone in the store. It was a mess and not welcoming. Would not recommend and that's sad because I think this is one of the only KFCs left in the area."

"We never have a great experience. Unfortunately, it's the only KFC in town and my son likes the gravy. This last trip is a great example of the terrible service. My son had oral surgery and requested mashed potatoes and extra gravy. I drove the 25 min to receive a ridiculous amount of gravy while paying for a large order. I think there might have been more gravy in the individual size than the large. Going forward, I'll make the trip to Henderson or choose Popeyes."

"Worst experience with KFC ever! My husband walked in first to order and stood there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from any of the staff. Then took our order in and we waited. We ordered family 12 piece crispy chicken with sides. The chicken were real dark, looks like cooked in old oil, and dry. Normally I would eat more than one piece of chicken but this time, I can’t even finish one as it was horrible. The mashed potatoes weren’t cook. The middle part of the bowl was all potato powder and forgot the gravy. I asked for the gravy and took 8 minutes just to give me the gravy and when they replaced the mashed potato, it took 18 minutes before we got it and it was potato soup not mashed potato. When I got that potato soup rather than mashed potato, we got up and left because some customers were also complaining at the same time. One lady was waiting for her food outside for 35 minutes, one said she’s waiting for her brownie or some type of dessert and waited about 20 minutes, others were in line and has not been helped yet. They had about 6 employees in the building and and few of them just walks by back and forth, no one was up front. This place is a mess, not sure how this place still stay open but it is horrible, all the way around. We will never go back to this place again!"

"One of the best experiences I have had in a while! We ordered online for 6pm and they were completing our order as we walked in at 6pm sharp. I was very impressed to see the many expediting and checking the order to make sure everything was there. We ate in the restaurant and it was clean. The place was busy and the employees were fast and friendly. The manager came by to make sure everything was fine. The cook actually came out also and asked if everything tasted good! It was a great thing to see the employees taking pride in their work!"

"Bought an 8 piece Xtra crispy family meal for $30+ dollars!!!!! The sides were BARELY warm and the chicken was 50% batter!!!! They were out of PEPSI, which is WILD.... The lady was super sweet and took VERY GOOD CARE OF ME AND I LOVE HER ❤️."
