"Went to go pick up online order, the food was wrong. The manager ask for the food back at the drive thru.She handed me back the same food that was incorrect and opened. She insisted that that was the right order.I showed her exactly what the order was on phone. She walks away and doesn't address the issue. A new team went and looked up my name and got the correct order. The manager is RUDE & obviously needs to be retrained on properly handling issues. This is also a food and safety issue who hands back the same food that was open back to the customer. I'm assuming she thought I was trying to get free. How is it free when it's already paid for. The new team member did apologize and I appreciate it.The manager didn't say a word."

"It was better than I thought. The chili shrimp is very good, and the portions is enough to fill you up."

"WOW this place is awful. Sorry but seriously. How in the world do people like this place? You can get Chinese buffet for the same price. The food has been sitting for a bit as they were at the bottom of the bowls for orange chicken and teriyaki. The rice was undercooked. Crab Rangoon was insulting. Please save your money."

"The orange chicken really is good if you don't know what you want. I got the sweetfire chicken and loved.They do seem to be really busy, so pick your time wisely. Cost is comparable to most fast food chains, however, they don't sell any combos where the drink is included. So, I tend to drink water when with my order. Overall, the quality of the food is reasonably priced. They have an online order pick up window as well."

"First time eating here and it was ok. Food was good, we got the Orange Chicken with rice bowl. But it pretty much seemed liked we paid for rice with just a little bit of chicken. We could of got more options with it, but then the price just goes up and when it goes up that much, I might as well go too a Chinese buffet and get everything I want. Oh and they were out of sweet and sour sauce too lom"
