Logan's Roadhouse

"Waitress messed up our appetizer. We were served hot fried shrimp instead of the shrooms. Unfortunately we let that slide because of time it took to get the wrong order. Ordered chicken with pasta and it was served with soggy mush rice with no pasta? Zero flavor. My $30 7oz filet was supposed to be cooked medium rare. It came out rare as rare could be. I notified the server of how rare this was. She took my entire plate back to the kitchen while everyone else continued to eat. After everyone else was finished I received my same cut steak which was tossed back on the grill. Obviously the very same 7oz filet had been sucked of any flavor and so dry since it was grilled twice. It did have a distinct strange dirty dirt/grill smell. I immediately pushed my steak to the side. Just an absolute let down. No apology at all. After a tip that wasn’t deserved our bill for the 4 of us was $148. Absolute waste of money. Read the reviews. Hard pass. I do not see this location in business for much longer."

"Service was about 2 and a half. This wasn't our waitress fault. Like most places these days, Logans is understaffed. She was very polite but really didn't have time to check on us. The food was ok, middle of the road. We had potato soup, chicken strips, and a roadhouse burger. Everything was ok, but nothing made me yearn for out next trip to Logans."

"Close to the house and usually little to no wait. Always a quick turn around to get our appetizers and main course. Server was good and the kitchen cooked everything to order. My 12oz rib eye came out great and my loaded sweet potato was great. Kids ate their chicken strips because that seems to be the only thing they eat... I was happy and had a full belly."

"Server was excellent. Food was great! Rolls are the best! My children and I ate again on a Saturday night and service again was fantastic!!!"

"Was not a good dining experience this time. Got the Cobb Salad with Steak. Before the server left our table, I had to ask her if she needed to know how I wanted the steak cooked? When it was delivered to the table, it was served with no salad dressing, which I had ordered. Had to sit appropriately 5 - 6 minutes until the server came to check on us. She did bring me the dressing after asking for it. Then I moticed the salad, had no cheese , egg, or chives which was stated in the menu. The server did bring a small plastic salad dressing cup of cheese,"??? Never did get the eggs or chives. When paying $15.49 for a salad, I expect it to be served with all the ingredients. Sweet tea is $2.99 each. We never got a refill until we were completely finished with our meal and had to ask for it. Never saw a manager. The pork chop dinner was fine. The potatoe was only warm as was the broccoli but the flavor was good. For what you pay, it's really not worth it. There are too many other restaurants !"
