"The person behind the register had all the personality of a stump. He was in no way friendly, helpful or even courteous. The floor and table were sticky and there were no salt and pepper shakers on the tables. The food was unimpressive considering the price and they didn't even make my milkshake until after bringing the meal. (I would have understood if there had been ANY other patrons) They knew it was our first time there, yet did absolutely nothing to help or make us feel welcome in any way. I will not be going back and would never recommend this place to someone I actually like. Terrible"
"Waited at the counter for 5 minutes with 3 employees working behind it and no one even acknowledged our presence. We ended up going to Wings Etc. next door and had a great meal. It's too bad because the burgers at Wayback looked & smelled delicious."
