"Horrible wait time food was Grose soft drink watered down fries cold and soggy. 0 of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
"It's been a while since I've been to a fast food chain, but there wasn't another option this time. There weren't but 6 options for fountain drinks, as they were out of most on that fancy machine. They were out of the chicken I chose, so I settled for a burger that really didn't have much flavor. The staff was friendly and the order was quickly ready."
"The atmosphere deserves a big ZERO!!! 0 The manager was just screaming at all of the employees. Treating them horribly. In front of a packed building with people trying to eat. Horrible management skills. All the workers were doing very well at their jobs being slammed. Food was good and got my food fast. The employees did a great job with a lot of people all coming in at once. The manager should have been telling the employees that they were doing a great job. Because they did a great job. That manager might need to take some kind of anger management classes. It was like the manager was bringing their problems outside of work to the workplace and taking their anger issues out on all the employees. “Big case of power tripping”. Those employees did an amazing job while getting slammed at lunch time. And also the manager kept going back and forth to the outside. Getting on the the phone and talking to someone. And then would come back in and just start yelling at the employees. Power tripping at the most high. The employees at that restaurant deserve to be treated a lot better than that. They got slammed and the employees did a great job and service taking orders, making orders, and getting the orders out to all the customers right away. Those employees deserve much better then they way they was treated. The manager definitely needs to treat employees better than that. The manager was even getting a high tone voice with some customers when they were ordering. I mean wow. Manager definitely doesn’t need to be talking whatever problems they have outside of work, on the employees. Shoot those employees working there at lunch being slammed should get some kind of positive compensation's. I know of lots of managers that would have got them employees like pizzas or something in that sort. That manager should have been telling the employees that they were doing a great job. SMH. Very unprofessional management. Feel bad for everyone that has to work for that company. If that business is just going to let that happen."
"This Wendys deserves zero stars. Order was correct on receipt. Placed our tray on counter but was missing one chili and we were waiting on classic chicken also. So the fifteen minutes my sandwich and fries sat there getting cold waiting on the chicken. I dont mind if they have to cook the chicken but to leave the rest of my food sit there? Lady finally looked at me and said we're waiting on the chicken. I also told her we needed another chili. So as relatives of her walked in the restaurant she dropped what she was doing with my order and went into the lobby where she spent 5+ minutes talking to them. The person that ordered after me got the large bucket of chili. So as they scraped the last of the chili for her I asked about my chili. She say they're making more and she would bring it right out to me. I saw a few minutes later her relatives sat down and they had chili but she never brought mine out. I went up to counter and told manager they were awful here and wanted a refund for the chili. The manager didnt apologize he just said I'm off the clock but will get someone to process my refund. Got refund and they could've cared less about their customer service. Employees walking around with no one telling them what to do. Dirty lobby. Garbage receptacles over flowing. Food on floor in lobby. Ketchup dispenser not working. Poor management working there. Not good at delegating duties to employees. If any of the employees working here including management went to Chick- Fil-A or Culver's the would'nt last 5 minutes. Tell City Wendy's is awful."
