"I took my car here yesterday and got taken advantage of. $220 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. No estimate was provided beforehand. I came in with a warning light saying I needed an oil change. I left and still have the warning message on my dashboard. I don't want to go back and have them fix it as none of the employees were wearing masks and I'm staying with a relative who has cancer and is at high risk."

"I don't want to drag what is possibly just an honest man trying to make a living doing what he enjoys. His prices seem fair, he seems like a reasonable guy, and he's doing a good thing helping people with their vehicle troubles. The only problem I have is that I contacted him about getting some work done on my car, he had plans on Saturday and it wasn't absolutely urgent so we agreed on him to come do it on Sunday around noon. I tried to call around noon and got no response, I texted him and asked him to get a hold of me when he's free and he said "okay" So once it hit 4pm I tried to call a couple more times to make sure he didn't forget about me and got no response. I'm bitter over it because I've been riding a bike to work for over a month, my car broke down and needed some parts swapped out and I didn't have the money until the stimulus checks started going out, so I was really looking forward to finally have my car back up and running this weekend. I am a somewhat reasonable person, I choose to believe it was something outside of his control that caused this issue to happen. But I'm still going to be bitter and unlikely to attempt to use the service again. But don't take this review as a deterrent, feel free to try the service yourself, perhaps you'll have better luck than I did."
