"I was staying next door after going to Holiday World with my family. I ordered through the app and drove next door. When I pulled up, I was informed that their POS system was down and couldn't take any orders. I replied that I already ordered through the app. They asked for my name and went away from the speaker for a moment. Then said that since the POS is down, that when it came up my money would be refunded. Then I saw my order on the app go from ordered to canceled. Maybe it was down, or maybe they just wanted to be done for the night."
"The cashier didn't seem all there.. Drugs?... Maybe just slow. Food was well taco bell food. The cashier had a hint of the tisum, and got my own and my coworkers orders wrong after repeating it 2 or 3 times."
"We just drove 400 miles and was hungry we stopped at this location walked in first thing we heard was I don't want anyone else in this lobby we don't have the staff, we almost walked out but continued our order, the lady at the counter gave us our drink cup and we noticed another making the drinks so we spoke and said oh we already have our drinks, and the lady rolled her eyes made an angry noise and walked off. Very rude service will never stop at this location again"
