"Much smaller selection than the Evansville location, and they never have short inseams in stock for females so I end up having to order everything I want. That said, the girls are very helpful and they will order what you want right from the register and have them shipped to your home free. I like that the dressing rooms are usually open when I go and I don't have to wait for a free associate to open them."

"Love American Eagle. I got a gift card and went to use it the day after Christmas. I had to use the bathroom. No bathrooms. So customers that patronize the business can't even have access to a bathroom. I'll make sure I never go back and won't ask for a gift card from American Eagle again. Sorry, if you can't provide restrooms for your customers, then I along with others won't patronize your establishment. You need to better accommodate your customers."

"Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. They don’t greet anyone/ask anyone any questions or offer help in any way. If they are only going to speak in the tone of a whisper they should turn the music down so customers can hear them because it just sounds like they’re being rude. 3 employees were there and they completely ignoring customers. Would make eye contact and walk away like they didn’t see you. I for one know I and others I was with will not be spending our money here anymore. I was there less than 20 minutes. Grabbed what I needed and left. I for one can say if I go to a store where the staff is nice and friendly I will spend more money because I feel comfortable asking questions."

"Got a pair of jeans for Christmas and the belt loop ripped when putting a belt on. Took the jeans back to do an exact exchange and they would not allow it because I didn’t have a receipt. I explain they were a gift and asked if they could look up the jeans on a rewards account or use a gift card. They refused to help and said there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service and staff has always been pushy and rude. They want to raise prices on jeans but won’t do an exact exchange because their product was fault. Won’t be returning."

"LOVE this new store. Very easy to shop as everything is very well organized in a smaller store. Especially when looking for jeans I find it much easier because the jeans are stacked nicely and never out of order."
