"well I was shopping for prom dresses one of the prom dresses was caught on a hanger and fell.My hands were full at the time and so I walked to set them down. The manager came up to me and mutter under her breathe "you shouldn't leave stuff on the ground but whatever." I than apologize several times and she blattenly ignored me. I left it there but then my mother could not get something of the very high rack and the metal Graber pole was just sitting there. So my mother used it and put it back exactly where it was. The same lady came up to her and screamed at her for using it saying" YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THAT ." and screamed about the policy but my mother did not know about this and thought it was harmless and thought the lady could of been better. She then threatened to kick up out screaming at us saying that she was the manager. Than proceeded to talk to other customers about us. we decided not to buy anything from the store. It was just an overall horrible experience and I won't ever go there again. It also funny that most of the reviews I see say that the staff are very rude."
