Mardi Gras Park

"Great park for watching Mardi Gras parades with enough places to sit on edges of walkways, cement ledges, and ramps up to grassy area. No public restrooms unless portable toilets provided by City of Mobile. You can feel safe in daylight hours, but night is another matter at your own risk."

"well run. great setup, felt very safe. Area was immediately cleaned swept and washed down before we could get back to our car. we'll be back fir more but with larger carry bags...ha"

"This is a nice open field/space great for outdoor events. The Mardis Gras tree is gorgeous so kudos to whoever decorated!! There is history here and it's right across from the museum which makes for a nice outing. We also saw scooters for rent right in front of this park. There is no playground but would be nice for a nice lunch in the park. I saw a family throwing football and there was still plenty of room for others to roam."

"Great venue for downtown activities. It was our first time for the Christmas festivities. We enjoyed it. The highlights were the choir, ballet, tree lighting, and Santa. It was a great time."
