"It’s a spacious and clean park with an art center, baseball diamond, basketball court, walking path, and excellent fenced in playground. It’s much cleaner than Municipal Park with very friendly patrons. There are also picnic tables covered and uncovered for small parties or lunch. Food Pak across the street has excellent sandwiches and Mediterranean food if you’re looking for lunch options, and Maple Street Biscuit Company is on the opposite corner is you plan on visiting early and want breakfast. The after school art class is free, and they have day camps during the Summer that require a minimal supply fee."
