"This shop was highly recommended from a friend of mine. The staff was very friendly and pretty knowledgeable. I brought my truck in to get a quote on a job and they wanted over $200 to look the truck over… I was hesitant as I have used multiple shops throughout my life, and never once been charged for a quote. I paid for the service and I will say it was fairly detailed but missed a few key things that were brought up in a later inspections. The problem became what they quoted me for the job was significantly higher than what any other shop quoted me including the dealership! I inquired about the parts, brands, and labor being used as quality parts could raise the price substantially(all were the same). I ended up using a shop on first Avenue in Evansville that charged me $1250 for the same job, brands, and parts that Barton’s wanted $4000 for."
