"This was always my go to store. A little disappointed in how it is now. I think you got a new manager. The employees were all standing at the counter, gossiping. Felt like we were intruding on their time. That's what happens when you hire young girls and don't have an older manager keeping them in line. I get that prices go up with the times but, felt like I was in the Buckle. Just not like I remembered it."

"I love Maurices and have been a card holder for years. I was on vacation with my husband and decided to stop in. When I walked in one Associate - some type of manager I am assuming because I heard the other Associate ask her about scheduling - was helping someone explaining the deals etc. I walked around picked up a few items. At no time was I greeted or acknowledged by either Associate. When she finished helping the other customer she went to the register and stood there talking with the other Associate. At that point I walked around for a few more minutes and then left. Again no thanks for stopping in or have a good day. I am accustomed to the great customer experience that I usually receive at Maurices. To say I was disappointed today is an understatement. Oh and I was dressed in Maurices attire from head to toe even my purse was a Maurices find. That fact alone should have been a clue that I was a serious shopper and not just browsing."
