"I will steer away from Jasper Transmissions, in the future. My current Jasper Transmission (in my minivan) lost 2nd, 5th & 6th gears after 76,000 miles. Unfortunately, this was 3 years & 9.5 months after installation, which means it’s out of warranty. I spent thousands of dollars on it (in addition to regular maintenance), thinking that I was ensuring that our family vehicle’s transmission would outlast the rest of the van. I will now be giving thousands to another transmission company, hoping that it is more reliable than Jasper’s production #650447."

"Found them very difficult to deal with. I own a small business and needed a replacement transmission. I got a quote and committed to buying. Go to the process of paying: they don’t accept Amex. No prob, I’ll use a debit card, they can’t accept this because it’s a personal card. No prob, i say i can send an ACH or wire. I wait for request via email, it never comes. I call back, they say I’ve got to prove i own the business. I send Sec of State letter and business articles of organization. I wait another week, call multiple times and email w no response. Finally give up and pay 30% to buy new from dealer. Never had so much trouble trying to pay someone $11k. Won’t try again."

I had one motor fail on me (rear main seal, valves ticking and leaking coolant), but when I called about replacing there was no hesitation and the new motor was in the next week. This one is bulletproof and has not had ANY problems what so ever, just be sure you get the premium service plan!!
