"See the photo. Pleaseeeee train everyone to put the food in the pick-up spot. I just moved back from Chicago and I'm a pretty seasoned pick-up veteran now... The food should be in the obviously designated spot for it, and a receipt with the customer name and contents should be stapled or taped to the bag, or stuck under the bag, or something. This is so frustrating because I have had to wait multiple times merely to be handed my bag which is sitting right across the counter for no reason. And the reason I like pick-up is that I can take lots of time to make my decision on my phone, and then have no need for any human interaction when I grab it, which should never include waiting. Arby's is still one of the best food places in Princeton though, don't get me wrong. I'm complaining lovingly. Thanks."

"Way to much salt on fries. Good service. Sometimes they leave things out Nov 16th Made an app order. I called bc you can't leave notes. Girl was kinda rude. I said I would like drinks with no ice, she said they don't make them until you get there. OK but I still don't want ice. I said and I would like FRESH FRIES. She said we are pretty busy do they will be fresh. I got my fries & they were hard & cold!!! That's what happens when you mix cold fries with fresh fries. Ridiculous. I will be calling corporate & a day time manager. That was Ridiculous!!!! If I ask for FRESH FRIES that doesn't mean I want mixed fries or warm fries. That means I would like FRESH fries"

"Went thru drive thru, kid started taking my order then stopped after 1 item...silence...hello..hello..comes with you will have to pull around its not working, pull around it wasn't picking up when you parked?? I'm in drive thru..you will have to go back around...nope you are having too much fun with people in background I can go somewhere people are working!"
