"Usually the employees during the day will just be sitting around up front not doing anything. Usually there’s always something to do. I usually go because I like subway’s food but the experience with their employees is almost always pretty mediocre or even sub par. They will for some reason automatically go to put lettuce on your sub even when you never ask for it, or straight up grab the wrong thing after asking for something else (I asked for yellow mustard one time and the guy grabbed mayo and started putting it on my sub - I had to tell him 2 or 3 times to stop). I am also like 90% sure that they don’t even bother reading the special instructions on mobile orders either, as I’ve put stuff there and it is usually ignored. I don’t even write google reviews yet my experience at this store is so often negative that I am making an exception."

"This guy (Guri) working here is the rudest and most aggressive employee I've ever encountered! On 8/19/2023, I used a valid coupon for a sandwich, but he scanned it like it was nothing and declared it worthless. Then, he just crumpled the coupon and tossed it in the trash, leaving me shocked. I tried talking to him, but he just repeated the coupon was useless and even told me to leave. I'm sure he could've entered a coupon code, but he refused. This whole situation left me beyond frustrated. So, I returned later with my friends, and guess what? He retrieved the coupon from the trash and rudely stated once again that it was worthless! What's truly astonishing here is not just the matter of whether the coupon was valid or not. It's the fact that Subway, a well-known establishment, would actually hire an employee with such appalling manners, complete lack of training, and terrible attitude!! It's a reflection of the poor hiring decisions and lack of customer service standards!!"

"I don’t need to say for Subway lol You can get sub fast, and the location is good for students. After workout, I swing by here. I’ll visit here again for getting sub!"
