"My friend and I were visiting a patient in the hospital, and decided to have soup and a half sandwich. When I got the order, I asked if there were spoons in the bag for the soup. He said, "should be " I looked, and there were no spoons. I went back to the counter and he saw me waiting while he waited on 4 people. Finally I left to find a table for my handicapped friend, and then went back to the counter again. This time he saw me coming and turned around and handed me 2 spoons. By this time, the soup had cooled. This was my first and last time to eat there. Very expensive too."
"They were out of soups and salad!! And the girl that waited on me said “Well we do close at 3!” This was at 2:10. I’ve worked customer service all my life and I’m a nurse at the hospital this Panera is in. And after I received my order other customers came and at 340 she was telling people we close in 5 minutes. All I have to say is that if you don’t want to work then don’t!! The staff here work very hard and would appreciate some decent food. Honestly the customer service at our cafeteria is much better than this. It’s a shame that it’s this way. This was my 1st time visiting this Panera and it will probably be my last. Oh yeah and my tuna sandwich had hardly any tuna, it was mostly bread and very dry, I actually choked trying to get it down. I always thought Panera cared about it’s customer’s. I guess things have changed."
"Even if you feel like this Panera is more convenient definitely just go to the one on burkhardt. Quality lacks often. I got a strawberry poppyseed salad there today and half the lettuce was brown and they gave me a single ramekin of dressing filled 1/4 of the way. For the whole salad. At least I was at home so I could add my own. But still very disappointed."
"I asked about the ingredients of sandwhich due to allergies, which I explained. The girl said yeah, it's just regular yellow mustard. I bought it, got home, took a bite and thankfully I tasted it. Spit it out, rinsed my mouth and still experienced some swelling. I called and explained to manager. I was told someone would call. Noone has and they hang up if I call,if in person, the mgr isn't there. I wasn't asking for a refund, just an awareness they could and did hurt someone. I was just asking that they make their employees aware that allergies are serious and to take it seriously when people ask. They are avoiding me. I. Hope this helps someone not suffer the fate I did."
"I usually love it! But tonight I ordered a whole fuji apple salad and a whole chicken sandwich. For two people. When I got home I had a half fuji apple salad and a half sandwich, and was charged $19.34. Be sure to check your bag before you leave."
