"Do not use this boot store. If I could have given this place zero stars I would have! I dropped my boots to be repaired. I was told it would be two weeks. I went back three weeks to the day and the repair man had not even started on them. They made every excuse imaginable as to why they were not ready. I said just give me my boots and I will take them someplace else. I was told the boots were still at their repair store in Tell City. That was on a Saturday. I called today to verify my boots were these to be picked up. They were. The actual repair person/owner called me about 10 minutes later. He wanted to make more excuses. Told me there were 45 shoe repair jobs in front of me alone with more excuses. I said asked them why I told two weeks for the repair?! They clear just out and out lied about the repair time. The bottoms lines is that they are not honest people with terrible customer service and terrible business practice. Do not take your shoes here for repair."

I have went to several other redwing stores across the state (needed a new pair right then and couldn't wait to get back to Jasper at the time) and was left with sticker shock, disbelief in the other stores lack of product knowledge and customer service."
