"Very rough startup as far as getting orders correct. After a few months this has turned into on my favorite places to go. We always get coffee at least 3 times a week from here and it’s never lets us down. Staff has really grown and some seem like family!"

"The woman manager should not be in customer service at all. I'm from the east coast with a dunkin on every corner and the drinks here are the worst. When you ask to remake them correctly she gets so made and rude."

"I've been to Duncan many times and many places around the United States. This particular location in Seymour, Indiana, has been very impressive in the time that I've been there. I cannot say the same about some other locations, especially the location in Jeffersonville on 62 as their food has not been all fresh."

"Dont know if I ever wanna go back there... I ordered half a dozen of donuts to my surprise when I got home, realized my order was wrong, I got 2 strawberry sprinkles, 1 chocolate sprinkle and 3 glazes . thankfully my kids did not complain about what they got. Ordered an avocado toast as well and... I hated the taste of avocado, almost tasted like it was getting spoiled and texture almost like mixed with water, avocado is supposed to be creamy, I tried to finish it cause it cost me over $3 but was impossible :( I liked my ham and cheese croissant though."

"Every time I’ve been here they miss up my order. I’ve ordered drinks and gotten something completely different, I’ve ordered donuts and gotten the wrong flavors, and I’ve even ordered a dozen donuts and only received 4 donuts. Instead of telling me they were out of what I ordered and offering me something else they just leave them out all together so I’m paying for food I won’t receive? Stupid. Also the employees are rude. Seymour Dunkin isn’t leaving a very good impression on me."
