"I have recently lost my son it's been insane hard and this store has treated me like I have never been treated by any business. First they gave me the wrong part so I brought the part from my car and there part back. Then she (manager) ordered my part. I went to get 3 days later and was told that she ordered wrong and it would be a week. Oh there's more. I was supposed to receive a text but never got one. When I go to get my part the guy manager told me some mechanic had already picked it up. I was shocked. No one knew I had ordered a part from there. I leave and try to figure it out and I cant. I go the next day stressed about this whole thing and I just want the money I gave them back. I go in upset the manager makes me wait which is crazy because I have waited a month now. I tell the guy at the counter I want my money back that I paid\gave them a month ago I'm yelled at by the incompetent manager that caused all thi. She tells me to calm down and I say give me my money she says calm down and I say give me my money back this continues and she can't give my money back. I remember seeing the words professional on the wall and they should take that down because I did not experience that I called customer service. More professional people maybe? Rude customer service they told me my dad picked it up and I can assure that is not. They stole my money and I feel like they're trying to say I'm trying to scam them. If O'Reilly auto wanted my money I wish the would have asked for donation because that's what it was. Well it's more like theft they took my money and the rudeness of customer service wow. No one has ever said sorry for anything and act like I'm a scammer but that's actually them."

But the main thing I'm proud of today is I bought a remanufactured starter in march and it broke already and it was under limited lifetime warranty, so they replaced it free of charge! Thanks so much! It was so worth it buying the refab instead of new!"
