"Food was what we expected, hot and fresh and delicious. The employee that took our order was a little forthcoming with his personal life, made us feel a little uncomfortable. The restaurant itself has some decor issues like ripped or stained booths seats."

"The speaker was broken so you had to order at the window. However, getting up to the window took 25 minutes!"

"While the counter service was as should be expected. There were few clean tables, and under bench seating was definitely in need of sweeping. But the main reason for the low rating was because I ordered the Classic French dip Meal and my son ordered the Double Roast Beef meal. The meat on both sandwiches was very wet, wet to the point that what little time it took to get to the table the bread was soggy. I had no need for the Au Jus broth as the sandwich was definitely soggy, and only had mozzarella cheese on half the sandwich. My son said he was glad he did not order the half pound Roast beef as usual from other Arbys as it was soggy and tasted weird."

"Sat in line while they serviced 3 cars. The person taking orders was terrible. Had to repeat things two and three times. Got to the window and still had to straighten the order out. Kid couldn't make change. My crinkle fries must've been there a couple of hour, they were just old. Our 4 mozzarella sticks had been there about as long as the fries. It was just terrible service and food."

"The mozzarella sticks at this location and the Bedford Arby's are the BEST in the state. If you know what I'm talking about--there's a difference for the mozzarella lover. No pic because I devoured them. Milkshake was great too! My Coke was a little flat. Chicken Bacon Sandwich had a little more crisp than I like. The lady at the the drive thru was really nice--especially when I decided to upgrade the fries to mozzarella sticks and go for the large milkshake (a decision I do NOT regret, only 90 cents more). Didn't go inside, but plenty of space for parking outside."
