"For years we've visited the Bagel Bistro when we stay at West Baden for Christmas. This year it has new owners and many things have changed. First, the menu is very limited in comparison to the previous options for both food and beverages but menu changes are common with new ownership. We chose to eat there not "to go" and this is important to note because the steamed bagels are good plated but soggy from the bag (we ordered one cut in half so it was plated but the others were not). We received our food in a reasonable amount of time but my drink was spilled and they couldn't remake it because they were out after making that one. Accidents happen and they offered me another drink but it was disappointing. The previous owner had games for the kids but those have been removed. Our experience was average but not the family friendly place from the past."
"Owners nice. Aftee seeing fabulous thick bacon they sell in freezer, disappointed to see puny thin bacon on BLAT and The Piggy Bagels my husband and I ordered. Both need more mayonaise/ailoi and with limited kitchen truffle aioli or other variations of ailoi would be easy way to spruce up flavor of bagel sandwiches."
"I was staying in French Lick with my husband for our Anniversary and this little breakfast spot was so good I had to eat there twice! I loved that they have vegan and vegetarian options. The bagels were DELICIOUS! Best breakfast in French Lick."
"Stopped by for coffee as it is one of the only few locations we could find in the area. Young ladies behind the counter were very sweet and hard working. We came around 9am and they were quite busy. Waited about 30mins for our 6 coffees. Coffees were average. Did not get to try the bagels but they looked delicious!"
