"They were not on time. The lady told me to come for my appointment at 8:00am & got there an hr late! Then I had to wait on the “sister” to get there because no one else didn’t knew how to do sengalese twist. They are just unprofessional in my opinion. 3/10"

"I went to them back in October 2021 the day of classic on a Saturday. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the sister to arrive. I got box braids, the owners daughter and owners sister braided my hair. They were consistent friendly and fast. They did not keep me all day i have short hair so i thought it would take longer but they actually braided my hair great and fast. I just took it down in January. The prices are great. I would recommend definitely. Oh and they give bottle water and snacks and cokes just to keep you hydrated i case you sit too long and it’s at no charge. I love them."

"I have been going here for years. In July I took my daughter and my self to get some box braids....well my daughter wanted some ombre hair and they went to purchase it. They charged us for it, the price is supposed to include the hair...my braids were falling out like day 3. I was disappointed. I may return for my daughter but not myself..."

"DO NOT GO HERE! I repeat..DO NOT GO HERE! Or better yet, do not like the owner do your hair. My sister request for short faux locs. Instead she looked like the predator! Sid the science kid! She took them down as soon as she got home. They wanted to fix it, but her scalp was too tender and she couldn't bare anyone else putting their hand in her hair! I felt so sorry for her. What a waste of $200! The other clients in there hair looked great. Advice: peep there spot 1st, see who is the best. Just know you are still taking a risk!"
