"Scheduled an appointment a week in advance then 3days before my appointment the “Stylists” text me and ask to move me around because my reserved spot that I book had some how been taken then I ask her what day and time works best for her and she specifically picked the date and time herself,Then I arrive 5-6 mins early to check in and only be greeted by confusion like I had the wrong date and time even tho she picked the details smh and we exchanged all this through text messages Smfh I worked my entire day around this appointment only to be told to come back at 6:30am!!"
