"Stopped in this Culver’s almost at closing time on a Sunday night. We were greeted with smiles and welcoming staff. I even sat in to eat my ice cream and another family with littles came in and the staff were so kind to the kids."
"I've never been to any of the Culver's. Since this is close to me, and fairly new, I thought I'd start trying them out. I think I've been to this place 4x now. The fries are hard, like their not getting cooked long enough and hardly, if any, seasoning on them. I've gotten the Culver's bacon deluxe and for some reason they mess up the order. The order comes with everything. I don't want the onions and pickles. I tell them this and I'm asked if I want everything else? I'll say yes. I've asked for this order and would say, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo and they would ask if I wanted anything else on it? I would tell them no. No matter how I asked for this, I would either get onions or pickles with little to no Mayo or everything on it and NO Mayo. My last order I got more onions than I got lettuce. And this time the fries were actually cooked! Ugh! I'm over this."
"Love Culver's! Hate the wait. Every time I've gone with what I believe is a simple order, it takes them 15 minutes or more to bring it out. I was the only order, and then 2 others came and received their order before I received mine. It wasn't like I ordered a multitude of food. It was one meal. This is the 5th time this has happened. I'm very hesitant to go back."
"Drove through 5/17. I ordered the grilled chicken cashew salad. Wait time was about 5 minutes. Salad was extremely fresh with full grilled chicken breast. Very good value for your money & wonderful option to eat fresh & healthy! Friendly employees."
"I came here because my kids were begging me for cheese curds and pretzel bites. They were pretty happy with those! I got a bacon deluxe cheeseburger, and it was okay--not great! It had a lot of toppings, but it wasn't hot, or even warm. The cheese wasn't melted. It just wasn't great. The restaurant was very nice and clean, and the tables were wiped down, and the service was great."
