Taco Bell 534 West 300 North, Warsaw, IN 46582

"Worst Taco Bell or fast food restaurant on the planet!!!! Waited 15 minutes for them to tell me I had to order from kiosk cuz they had no money in the drawer. Then ordered off kiosk and they said I could pay ash when it was done at drive up register….. problem is 20 minutes later they never made my food so we left. However owns this Taco Bell needs to fire everyone, bring in a cleaning crew because it’s also disgusting, and hire all new staff. Also, gave 1 star only because that’s the only way to leave a review!!!!!!!"

"I would rate this Taco Bell at a zero star if I could! I walked in cause I didn’t wanna do the drive through and got asked to use the screen to order my food I told them I didn’t have my card I had cash they don’t take cash and the manager and two employees just looked at me like I was stupid. I went in cause I was gonna eat inside. Do better."

"I went inside to order “to go” around 11:20 am. The person behind the counter was prompt and energetic. Once I ordered two bean burritos and a soft taco meal, I turned to the condiment counter. There were no napkins and they had to use bathroom paper towelettes. They were out of mild sauce in the entire store which is the only sauce my wife eats on her burritos. The trash bin was full and overflowing. The tables were noticeably dirty and there was only one group in the place. I received the food in a timely manner. The tacos were undersized and a photo would not have made anyone proud. The bean burritos were embarrassing. The amount of beans accounted for less than the condiments added to it. They were the cheapest burritos I have ever received from a Taco Bell. I called my wife and asked what she thought due to the burritos being for her. Since it was the holiday, she said it was fine and she would simply eat them. This whole situation would be deemed an epic fail and my wife saved the circumstance from escalating. I added a photo of the burrito still in the parking lot."

"Place is super gross. All the tables had a sticky film and/or food sitting on them. Tables were falling apart floors were gross trash was overflowing. Drink area was a huge mess consisting of trash laying all over."

"After a baseball game with my kids. This was a place we love to stop at but the last two times we have been here have been one of our worst experiences at Taco Bell. At 11am they didn’t have any ice for the drinks and didn’t care. Sauces or forks not filled in the lobby told staff never filled it and our hard tacos were soft and bendy and missing meat kids hated them. Order was all messed up too. And my kids got chips but the cheese was cold and hard with hardly any cheese in the cups. Cheese roll ups cold and stiff. Informed them on everything and they didn’t care. We observed staff messing around in the back and playing in the back not caring at all. We will be finding a new Taco Bell after baseball games or somewhere else after this experience. We gave them a second try it was all around poor service. Also bathrooms bad being your own TP if you go."
