Norris attended to all our vehicles at his former place of employment in Washington and was (and is) expert in his diagnostics (especially pre computer sophistication). When Norris fixes anything it stays fixed. When he decided to work at Wagler Automotive we followed him there. And, the cost. Always reasonable especially when I know the service will be expert."
