"Everytime we go to Loogootee McDonald’s this is what our large fry looks like. Not once but every single time. This is not even a medium fry amount of fries. This is ridiculous."

"I can’t speak about the lunch or dinner crew, but the breakfast crew was so awful I wouldn’t come back unless I was desperate. After literally three minutes of repeating myself and different people popping onto both the near and far speakers asking me to “repeat that”, I straight up asked if they were playing games with me or what. A woman I would assume is the manager then answered and asked which lane I was in. I’m the only person in any lane. But I told her the outside lane and repeated myself again before giving my order for two breakfast sandwiches. I was told to pull up and wait at the third window and I’ve been sitting here for another five minutes while people behind me keep pulling around me because they got their orders. This place is a joke. Don’t be impetuous because you’re hungry or have a long drive."

"Very disappointing. I order a two biscuit and gravy platter with extra gravy along with a biscuit and gravy order with extra gravy for my wife . Both orders were the a single split biscuit. I wouldn't have ordered the biscuit platter if I only wanted a single biscuit. Bottom line, I'll always take time to go through my order to ensure I get what I ordered."

"Everything is behind the unattended order counter. Need ketchup, behind the counter. Need napkins, behind the counter. Need a refill on drinks, behind the counter. Floor felt like the mopped with oil instead of water. Food was alright. Took forever. Heard a manager say to someone, don't take any more orders til we can get a little caught up. Unfortunately, one of the very few choices in town."
