"The mobile app has not worked for me at this location in well over a month. I went into the building to order my food. There were several orders in front of me and they were visibly frustrated. They sent out orders incorrectly. The customers directly ahead of me told me they had been waiting almost 15 minutes. A customer came in from waiting outside and complained it had been nearly 20 minutes. While this was occurring two of the employees decided to go on break and were allowed to."

"Locked the dining room because they did you want to deal with a sporting event rush. Failed to leave a note on the door or anything. Currently waiting in a ridiculous long drive through line because of it."

"We pull up and order and pull around to pay and proceed to the next window to pickup our order and as we proceed to the pickup window all seven vehicles ahead of us are told to pull into order pickup parking as we were told the same which I replied it is a single happy meal and large fries I'm not pulling up. I wouldn't have minded to pull up and park if I was waiting on five combo meals but what I had ordered was so simple. I have worked on fast food so this was quite ridiculous to me. So a few minutes had passed and like magic our sons order was being handed to us. The service of MC Donalds has really gone down hill fast over the last 10 years. I hate going to any McDonald's but my son enjoys it from time to time and if he smiles it makes the aggravation worth it."

"This McDonald's is the worst one I have ever been to. The manager is a freaking joke. He don't care about nobody but himself. He thinks it's appropriate to talk about people that they know they're listening to him. Never going here again. And don't call corporate to complain. Cause they won't do anything about it.
