"The food was pretty good, the coffee was passable, the service however, was not. We were helped by an older woman with a ponytail named 'Patty' she made me feel extremely rushed while giving my order. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and had to use their toaster to toast it myself (no problem, whatever) but when I attempted to put the bagel in it was so unevenly sliced one side couldn't fit in, so I went up and kindly asked if she would be willing to re-slice one side, she said "No but you can smash it flat with a paper and cram it in there" and continued to ignore my slightly shocked "uhmm" as she insisted I do so rather than fixing it herself, I told her I didn't really want to smash it and she just handed me a paper to smash it. Be wary of the service."
