"I stopped in to try the Brown Sugar B.L.T it was literally cold. I called to speak with someone and the phone just rings busy. It's been over an hour and I can't get through. However, this isn't the first bad experience that I had here at this location. I stopped in last year for a sandwich and it was no air working in this place. It was was 80 degrees in this store, the temperature was so uncomfortable after I placed my order I left. I wanted to sit and eat my food while it was hot but it was too damn hot in this place. After my experience and reading some of the reviews of others this Arby's definitely deserves one star. The store on Pendleton Pike just closed and they deserved one star as well. I spent almost $17.00 on two cold sandwiches that were not good and supposed to been hot. I will never come back here again and I'm probably done eating Arby's all together."

"My son was has the flu and strep. All he wanted was Arby’s. I thought I was doing the right thing door dashing the food. I know it’s not the door dashers fault Arby’s sealed the bag. They forgot half the meal. I spent $78 on 4 meals and only received one full meal. Half my sandwiches are missing and I have 3 fries and 1 mozzarella stick and only half the sandwiches. I only got $21.00 out of the $78 back. I don’t know if this was ok because I wasn’t physically there or not. That type of quality is not ok. Absolutely terrible service and deserved atleast half the money back since I have family members without meals. If ordered again I wouldn’t trust getting my food and would end up spending another $50.00 if I was still trying to be considerate of their heath and door dashed. This is a place you can’t count on if you’re sick."

"Spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru with my girlfriend just now trying to get 2 meals. The 6 people I saw behind the counter all looked confused like it was their first day on the job. Heard at least one of them very loudly complaining or trash talking someone, to which a few others told him to watch what he says. Paid for and recieved somebody elses order and talked to 3 people before finally getting a refund and our correct order rang in, paid for, and delivered to our car parked out front. Usually, we only have to deal with rude staff when coming to this location, but this experience was all around terrible."

"The spicy roast beef is seriously good. The jalapenos and sauce add just the right spice to compliment the beefy goodness. The Arby's dining room appears to be closed for construction but the drive-through ended up being open - without a sign advertising this I probably wouldn't have thought to try it had I not seen another car drive up."

"Fast service with only one car ahead of me. Curly fries and chicken tenders were room temperature. Fries even tasted bad like the fryer oil needed changed."
