"We had a wonderful time at Nando’s! We got excellent service from Emily, Elizabeth and all of the staff. The food was all above and beyond expectation for taste, quality, and uniqueness! We got to try a lot of their entrees and you cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. We also tried every dessert and had a fun time passing them around and sharing. We decided the Pudim is the best dessert but all were amazing! The restaurant has amazing ambiance and excellent service. It cannot be beat in the area! Bring your friends to impress with wonderful drinks, good times, and yummy food!"
"We decided to grab lunch here after walking past it whenever we're adventuring in BRipp. Lovely place & server! The food was fantastic. Steak & fried chicken was incredible."
"I was suggested to this place in the area because it was really well rated. The atmosphere is okay, seating is a bit limited inside and outside but the outside area is pretty nice and covered when it's cold. The service is really good. Our server really did go above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience, explained all the dishes, and gave good recommendations. Tried the capharini flight, it was pretty good and decently priced. Started with the coxinha and they were pretty delicious. Wanted to try the empanada as well but they were out. I have never had this type of Brazilian food so this food review is for just a normal guy trying something new. I had the feijoada. It was okay. It does mostly taste like black beans, the pork with it was cooked well and mixing with the sides was nice. We also had the quasidilla, which is pretty good. The food was not terrible I think it's just a bit pricey for what it is. Overall the service really made the experience a 4 the food is just a bit pricey for what it is."
"WOW. Really, WOW. My family and I had an amazing dinner experience at Nando’s last night. We went a hair early (5:45), YAY - because it filled up RIGHT after we ordered. My non-adventurous son ordered the Queso, which was very good. My husband and I ordered the Pastel (empanadas) and were given the option of chicken, cheese, beef or a mix of the three. We ordered one of each; all three were good, but the beef was the tastiest. My son ordered the Sinaloa Shrimp tacos. I did not try it, but he liked it and wiped his plate clean with a Pão De Queijo (gluten free cheese bun). I ordered the Moqueca De Peixe (seasonal fish stew). As a Thai gal, I just love anything swimming in a savory coconut sauce. This was rich, delicious and very filling. I, as well, mopped up the tasty sauce with a cheesy bun (I’m not sure if this violates anyone’s sense of etiquette, but creamy, coconut-ty, delicious sauce cannot be wasted.) The absolute star of our meal was the Feijoada (bean and pork stew, which is the national dish of Brazil). The flavor was amazing and superior to any pork and bean dish I’ve ever had. The accompaniments of rice and collard greens, toasted manioc and especially the pico de gallo, really kicked the dish up even more. The drinks were great. We ordered caipirinhas and caipiroskas, both equally good. Our server was prompt, friendly and engaging, and took the time to explain the dishes to us, even how to eat them (the feijoado and its toppings). The owner spoke with us, checking on our meal, sharing the history of the restaurant and the family that runs it (Grandma is cooking in the back!). The personal attention was lovely. He even sent my husband home with complimentary pico de gallo to enjoy with his leftovers (which was a lot). The prices were on the steeper side, but the entree portions were quite large. From the leftovers, we enjoyed three more meals Considering the quality of the food and the portions, I felt pretty satisfied with the prices. I’m so glad we tried Nandos and will certainly be back."
"DOES NOT PLAY. Ever since I saw this place open I was intrigued. I was not disappointed after visiting around 6pm on a Monday. Plenty of seats, cute patio, incredible pitcher of margs. I am going to continue to hype, but I am sincere with the praise. The margs were tangy and great, not syrupy and gross. Have to pay for chips & salsa (hurtful) BUT they are also excellent. Comes with several salsa and these super fresh, fried thick tortilla chips. Ok! I enjoyed my main course (Frango con quiabo) so much and would come back again and again. At first glance it could seem a bit pricey, but I thought the food made it worth it and it’s not much diff than what you’d experience on Mass Ave. I know this place is the real deal and is here to stay. So happy to welcome the restaurant to the area and will be back. Currently telling everyone I know about my experience."
