"I was here last Saturday night sometime after 12:00 AM and I think there were only 3 people working and they killed it! The drive thru wasn't available so everyone was in the cafe and for the number of people they were serving I am truly impressed. They were calm, helpful and friendly despite the time of night and amount of people. I even remember one of the employees calling out to a customer to make sure he got their coffee order correct. So, just a shout out to those 3 guys. Excellent work."

They’ll close the lobby down and make you order thru kiosk - then nobody will talk to you if you have a problem with your order- African American working is terrible with customer service skills. Got mad when I asked for my missing sauce for fries.. AVOID LOCATION IF YOU CAN"

"Really tired of feeling like an imposition when ordering at this location. I understand that they might not like working there...but don't take it out on customers. I cannot order from DD or GH because the order is always wrong and cannot be fixed. Today's event involves sending back an order of 3 tacos twice. Ordered "supreme" and never get it the first time. Checked the second try (I just requested extra toppings to be added and not remade) but again they were missing an ingredient. The picture shows the half full shell with sour cream smeared all over the wrapping...and the solution for the missing tomatoes was just to give me a dish and to do it myself. This really isn't rocket science but just need employees that actually care about what they give to customers for the $ that WE work hard for as well. Do better Taco Bell!"

"i don’t know what kind of depraved person puts lettuce on my grilled cheese burrito, but that is not part of the ingredients list for that menu item. i PAID FOR a taco supreme and i got a taco regular. this is after i decided to give these folks another chance after they forgot the sour cream and cheese on my beefy crunch burrito last time. staff seems to have bad attitudes and not wanna be there. idk who the manager/owner is around here but you need to step it up. y’all staff needs new training."
