"This location is a joke and doesn't seem to be able to follow simple order requests nor had good food quality. I ordered a bigger bowl with chow mein, grilled teriyaki chicken, kung pao chicken, and honey walnut shrimp, then a chicken egg roll. I also requested teriyaki sauce packets because the chow mein noodles and chicken are always dry, no matter what location you go to it seems. I received chow mein with more cabbage and lettuce than noodles, a double order of grilled "teriyaki chicken" (some pieces were rubbery like due to it being undercooked), an overcooked and bland tasting chicken egg roll, and honey walnut shrimp (the only good quality thing in the order). My co-worker had just ordered from this location yesterday and they messed up her order. She reached out to let them know and the manager didn't seem to care. Now. 24 hours later they screwed up get another order, significantly product wise and quality wise. This will be going directly through corporate."
"My husband and I went here today for a late lunch. When we walked in every single table was dirty but no problem we looked past that. We went to order and the young lady did not chop up my chicken for the teriyaki chicken the pieces were huge. Then we asked for plum sauce and she looked me in my face and said “at this location only our sweet and sour sauce is the plum sauce” young lady are you crazy I have been eating this for years. However still I stay silent. We go to eat our food and the I had more celery than noodles and the celery in my chow mien was as if they cut one stick into three pieces. They served the rice was not cooked correctly it had no flavor and tasted like white rice with peas. The Dr. Pepper was carbonated. When I asked her to clean the table she said well the other person is on break and I can’t until I clear the line with like 8 people who just walked in. So we ate at a dirty table! The food was disgusting, the service was poor, and the restaurant was far from clean. I almost cried because I wasted $30 and left hungry because I couldn’t finish my meal."
"This is a second rate non tasting good food place anymore..almost every time we come here.. it is awful!!! They don’t want to make more like the sign suggest to please the customer and it does not matter what time of day or how many customers they have. They blame it on everything.. I heard stores of customers going to the bathroom to actually have paper towels to eat with to clean their hands and kiss hands and crazy stuff the employees make up for excuses!! Please stay away and drive elsewhere as this has been going on for more than a year now. It took me that long to decide..no excuse. Gave you chances. Still paying for second rate food and service. Manager is also not available ever!!! Won’t give any info. No ice and drinks!!! This place is a joke!!! Live up to the franchise expectations and be a Decent place with good food or close!! Bottom line!! Fed up! Contacting corporate tomorrow!!"
