"I was SO disappointed when I got home and there were no pickles with my food, they looked SO good sitting in that container. But I’m not giving 317 BBQ less than 5 stars over pickles. I’m also not giving 317 BBQ 5 stars just because the food was really hot, fresh, and good either. I’m giving 5 stars for the food AND for the heart of serving the homeless man they know by name. "No, just no. I have eaten a lot of good BBQ in my life since I grew up in the south, and this is the worst. It had a lot of fat, zero flavor, and came cold. Save your money and go to a legit BBQ restaurant, because good BBQ does not need sauce to be good. Even with sauce it still could not cover up the lack of flavor in this pork. Just go anywhere else but here for BBQ."

"I’m a pretty big BBQ addict, and I recently heard about 317 BBQ. So I decided to see if this joint would be up there on my list. Now I’ll say this, the brisket was okay. The flavor was kind of lacking and it didn’t seem like it was smoked long enough. On the plus side, they do serve the sandwich on a brioche bun which I love. As for appetizers, the biscuits were AWESOME! I was genuinely surprised! They were baked to perfection, the butter was super sweet and tasty. The Mac n cheese was also delicious! So overall, I will still come back. Will maybe get the pork next time."
