"Worst mcdonalds in the area, every single time I go here they get my order wrong or forget something. Last time I ordered a triple cheeseburger and only got a single. You think I would learn my lesson the first few times but its the closest mcdonalds to me. They just need to completely shut down and re train every single employee."
"This place is ridiculous most of the people that work there just try to ignore any customer. As in I was using the soda machine and I noticed that the coke was out and some girl came out from behind the counter to pour two cokess for customers in the Drive-Thru and I told her to cook was out she didn't say a word she continued pouring her coke with the lids on him and took him and serve them to the customers in the Drive-Thru. In addition to that this place is so unfriendly that it is covered up all of his outlets so you cannot use them to like charge your phone."
"Service is ALWAYS terrible here. Obviously needs better management direction. Going inside you get ignored for drive thru. Drive Thur it takes forever to order, they can't get orders right, they pull you up to wait on food or give you half and then make you pull up and wait. Then the order is wrong and you have to go in and wait to try and get it fixed. Used to be best in area, definitely not anymore!!!"
"Roll the dice with ordering OL here ,nobody answers phone to try to get it fixed guess I'm going up the chain to get resolved. Order was supposed to be Double Fish,Double DLX QP not what we got"
"Waited 15 minutes in spot number 3 after placing drive thru-order, then was handed a sack that was no where close to my order. Once inside I asked for my money back because at this point I had 10 minutes to get to work, and even with receipt the manager could not get the same total that I paid originally. DO NOT GO HERE..."
