"Horrible service now. Order extra meat on my Philly which I've had before and received regular amount. Expired orange juice, no matter how much I shook it it stayed settled and stuck to the bottom of bottle. Never actually had service this bad at any Subway. As long as new service is needed I will NEVER return to this site."

"Do not eat here. I used to come here after going to the pool and so as normal I come in and the person put on a glove and he was slicing the bread and afterwards I kept noticing he was looking at his glove and his finger while he was piling on my cheese and my meat and so I asked him I said did you cut yourself and he goes yeah and he's laughing and I'm like you have a glove on so you cut yourself through your glove you're bleeding and you're making my sandwich. And he just laughed. That's not funny. That's disgusting. You're disgusting. You should know better than to continue making someone sandwich with a bleeding gaping glove on."

"I think this franchise is owned by people who care very much about both family and customer service. They're nice people and they were so happy to fulfill my convaluted order. They even gave my 3yo a treat. I cant speak for Subway as a whole, but this one on Kessler and Michigan, its the best I've seen. Very clean facility and the veggies are obviously fresh. Businesses like these do not receive enough praise"

"Customer behind me asked if hands were washed bc he was sitting in the lobby prior to us both walking in and came around to the service line QUICKLY. He barely answered, another worker answered (which could've been due to a language barrier, understandably) but it was in general "we always wash our hands" sandwich was prepared with little to nothing on it and smashed down while wrapping it and during the 2 minute bag open attempt. I was not pleased with the sandwich or the service."
