"went to go get food from here at 11pm. they were absolutely dead in the drive through. I had to wait for nearly 10 minutes just to have my order taken. then after I got my food, I was missing two separate items, the tacos were practically empty, my mexican pizza was absolutely CRUSHED, because they piled everything into one big bag for whatever reason. as someone who was a shift lead for taco bell, this is piss poor execution of a team and their leaders. do better. EDIT: everything was absolutely cold and stale. it was no more than a 3 minute drive from the building to my home. do your job better. seriously."

"please for the love of god turn off doordash and grubhub at a certain point. i’ve stood in this restaurant for 50 minutes now waiting on an order. they’ve asked me twice for the name. i’ve had to tell them a man has been waiting for something as simple as a drink 40 min after he ordered it. some girls asked where their order went. it was an hour. 4 guys next to me are waiting for orders they placed in restaurant which should be priority. i’m waiting on a grub hub and they all look like lost puppies. no updates no nothing. it’s honestly crazy that people who place orders in restaurant wouldn’t get priority. therefore turn off grubhub and doordash. if i decline it hurts me with no compensation."

"Drive-through is slow and inefficient. Going into the restaurant nightmare. Self-serve, kiosks and being told they don’t take orders in person. People standing around, waiting for an order while being ignored as they get impatient. This is a management issue, not an employee issue, aside from the obvious lack of leadership. Nearby locations aren’t this bad."

"I ordered for delivery through Uber eats to my job. Immediately upon grabbing my bag which was left on front porch steps (against what the instructions where on the notes) it was ripping through the bottom. You can visibly see my ground beef sticking out of the unopened bag. My tacos & nachos were cold & gross. I couldn’t eat them! The only good thing from my order was my drink! I didn’t get my mild sauce either"

"Absolutely awful. The attitude of the older lady behind the counter was aggressive and condescending. When asked what we got to drink, I told her one large drink and when I tried to confirm the size of the other drink I got a sigh and an eye roll. The ice machine was broken and when I asked for ice, I got another eye roll and sigh. To top it all off, they got the order wrong. AVOID"
