"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Literally was told I was lying about a drink that I have ordered at that same place as well as other DQ locations for years. Nothing more than a Marshmellow Coke... They ring it up as a large beverage and marshmallow ice cream topping. Simple. Yet the girl taking the order told me that I had not ever gotten that beverage there and she knows because she has been there for a year and she works everyday. And the could not make it - no explanation why. It was embarrassing and frustrating. As per my family And I we will not be returning. Nor will other that hear of this experience. I suggest Dairy Queen have a refresher course in customer service because she doesn't meet the standard. Two Thumbs DOWN!!!"

"Was with my mom when we went through the drive through and had the worst service ever. The lady at the window and taking orders seriously argued with my mom that she had not ever ordered a marshmallow coke at this dairy queen before and that's a lie because we come here at least once a week and she always gets one. My mom even told her how they ring it up as the large drink and marshmallow topping and she still said my mom had not ordered that before at thar location. She made it seem like it couldn't be done so my mom just had to.get a plain coke. Seriously rude to.treat a customer thar way. Mom said we will never go there again ever after that embarrassing scene. No stars for customer service."

"I xame for my birthday and got the Turtle Pecan Blizzard for both my grandpa and I. The lady taking our order was eather clueless, the ladies that had raken places at the window were not of knowledge as to what had been going on, the blizzards were not mixed, they were melted, and we received the Mimi cups, rather the smalls that we had ordered. Neither of us were happy with our experience and will be neither suggesting, nor returning to this location."

"stopped here last night for a quick dinner date with my partner around 9:45. lobby was pretty full of people and the employees seemed frazzled, but the lady taking our order was very patient and respectful. we got our ice cream before our food and went to the back to eat our ice cream and wait for our meals, because it was too overstimulating in the front of the store. we sat there for a few minutes before an employee walked up to us at 10 on the dot and very rudely said that the lobby was closed. they then showed us the door, walking past all of the other patrons, and we walked out in confusion before realizing nobody else was made to leave and we still hadn’t received our meal. so we stepped back in and waited in front of the door, received a very mean look from the employee who told us to leave, and continued to eat our ice cream standing up for a couple of minutes before deciding to just take a seat nearby. within a min or two the same employee brought our food up to the counter. we sat to eat at one of the picnic tables outside, found that my partner had been given the wrong sandwich, but we were both too anxious to go back in and ask for it to be corrected. every customer who was in the lobby when we left it was allowed to stay until they were finished eating and ready to go, and we watched as new patrons entered and were also allowed to dine in. i’m still absolutely floored — i have never been treated so disrespectfully at any fast food establishment and i don’t understand why this occurred. we weren’t bothering anybody. we waited all week to go on this date, and it was ruined. neither of us will be returning to this location. bonnie doon has better food and ice cream for cheaper anyway, they just weren’t open. editing to add that the owner(s) of this location never reached out to me :))"
