"Ordered and had delivery to Frank Eck Stadium. Staff was nice and food came in about 20 minutes and the order was correct. This was very expensive for sandwiches though. It worked in a pinch and I would order here again."
"I ordered at 7:14. The delivery driver dropped my food off to the house across the street. When I called they said the manager said they would remake it and send the driver right back out. I have to call at 8:13 , while sitting outside sick with covid so they don't misdeliver again. They tell me it's going to be another 15 minutes. This is the worst service I have ever had at a Jimmy John's. I had to beg the manager for a partial refund. Nobody should have to pay for this kind of awful service. I called again because my sandwich wasn't cut, I was missing napkins and didn't get the onions and extra mayo I ordered and paid for. The manager said they can't give a full refund, mistakes happen and he hung up on me. I sent this and more comments to your corporate feedback center. I hope they retrain the very poor management staff. I shared my review already with corporate and am in contact with a representative. They have yet to hear anything from this location and I have yet to see a refund. I was not charged for the tip fee of $3.....my order was about $25. That's not half back."
