"I am a recruiter and I'm always looking at great customer service. But this story is about leadership. I was in there with my aunt last week. I had over heard a lady helping one of the employees about his schedule or something in that area. You can tell he was trying to understand everything. Ricca just was so patient with him. She wrote the schedule down, gave her number, fold the papers up for him and place in a little bag. And yes, by now, I am eavesdropping. She made sure he understood and had him repeated it, just to be sure. It just melt my heart. Once they we're done. I had asked for to come back and told her how great she is. My goal was to do this last week but I am so happy I finally did. Sorry for the long review. I just didn't want to miss any good details."

"This is NOT a $21 "group order" of soup. Baby bottle of water for scale. I paid $57 for maybe 4 small servings of soup and a sandwich today. One of the worst values in fast food these days. Speaking of fast food, it also was not fast. There were only 3 cars on front of me in the drive through and it took 25 minutes. So long that the ice cream we had bought at the store before the drive through became little tubs of water."
