"April 21, 2022 my husband went in around 9:10am ordering us some drinks and food. He just came back home around 9:52am. 30 minutes! I wanted a iced chia latte with a chocolate croissant. Everything was wrong. Apparently my husband went in and he was greeted and not welcomed with a smile. He dresses very urban than your average person. He talked to a woman at the register that was white and just didn’t really acknowledge him and what he wanted right for me. Not once did she asked if my drink was hot or cold. Didn’t ring him up for my chocolate croissant either. I used my Starbucks gift card that I got in the mail from a previous mishap and now it happened again. Today’s workers have no costumer service or manners. Especially since it’s Starbucks has been in the media for discrimination before. Before he left he waited 15 minutes for a chocolate croissant that was even chocolate, it was regular. I don’t usually complain because there’s people out here who don’t have food and would love to have what I have, but I would’ve been nice to get my money’s worth! Starbucks isn’t the same anymore sadly. Editing this because yesterday on December 11th at around 2:28pm, my drinks weren’t mixed well, were separating, and tasted awful. My husband’s sandwich was cold and tasted stale. I wanted to give this location another try because it’s the closest to the house, but I believe my order was purposely tampered with because of the issues going on with Israel and Palestine. Some white girl with blonde hair, dark tips, and split bangs made my order. She had a nasty attitude from the jump."

"I suggest mobile ordering only at this location because the workers here cannot comprehend how to take a drink order even after I showed them my previous order - I literally showed three different workers my previous order, on the app, and they STILL got it wrong. It took four tries on a drink I have never had a problem ordering at any other Starbucks anywhere. Two of the workers were very nice, one copped an attitude. The worker who finally got it right was the best. I’m certain she would have gotten it right the first time had she been the one taking my order. I wish I had caught her name."

"Idk if they are just being petty but Starbucks cost to much for half drinks. I’m extremely disappointed after spending 5 dollars on a drink and getting this. I did a mobile order and it looked like some drunk out of it. contact customer service and received a full refund. Which is really nice. Just will skip this location moving forward."

"Very friendly, a great place to hang out , free Wi-Fi to do your homework or to just do your daily things on your computer!! Starbucks on East Washington is very clean, I go in at least every day, if not every other day, and I am always greeted with a smile and with respect!! The specialty coffees are a little pricey, but well worth every penny!! So if you want a fast coffee with a friendly face this Starbucks is where to go!! Now social distancing and inside not available but very clean and a hand sanitizer to keep you healthy!!"
