"The food is always good and I've never had much of a wait. I wish there was open outlets for me to be able to charge my device while I eat. That was my plan when I arrived today, so I could get some work done while I eat. All of the available outlets are Blank Covers. There's no way to charge any devices. I understand it's to deter loitering, but I'm a paying customer!"

"The young man who prepared the sandwich was nice. The soda station was dirty and had broken pieces around it. Searching for a table to sit, was a chore and I became totally disgusted! The tables were filthy! They looked as though they had NOT been cleaned in Weeks! I went back to the counter and asked for napkins to clean the lessor of the evil tables myself! After looking around more, the floors under the tables and surrounding areas were Filthy and Covered in food and debris! The floors appeared NOT to have been swept NOR cleaned in Months! After noticing the majority of patrons were of color, it was Painfully clear why the restaurant was so dirty. I felt as though the owner(s) of this franchise feel they don't have to clean the restaurant based on the patronage. The older man behind the counter noticed I took a couple of photos, and the expression on his face clearly indicated he was more upset of my taking the photos than the fact the restaurant was fility! I will NEVER return this to particular location."
