"I work for Doordash and tried to pick up my customers order. After a 45 minute wait with no one else in the line. I was cussed out because I asked for the drink that completed the customers order as they had forgotten initially. The woman harassed me about being a baby for asking for the drink and made racist comments. Do not eat here. I already called the cooperate office and got a case number."

"The 86th St. & Michigan road location is the WORST Rally's location I have ever seen. I have been assigned delivery pickups there while delivering for GrubHub. I usually have to wait 30-40 minutes to pick up an order. Other places take no more than 1 - 3 minutes. Part of the problem is that they don't start preparing the order until the driver gets to the window and asks for the order. On the drive-thru side they offer serve 3-4 cars while one driver is waiting to pickup a delivery order. On the drive-thru side, they start preparing the order as soon as it is ordered at the speaker. Delivery orders ARE NOT started until the driver gets to the window and asks for the order."

"I ordered a Double Cheeseburger and a Spicy Chicken with Large Fries. You repeated the order back to me and I said yes. You gave me a normal chicken and loaded fries. When I walked back in to fix my order, you gave me no receipt, so you couldn't help me. You guys suck."

"Ordered baconzilla and it did not have the bacon on it. Also asked for coke and got dr. Pepper.... :/ really confused"

"Food is good. The service . Would be better if they listened and took time to hear what you're saying. Also, the later ya go at night the worse it is. Heard the kids thru the speaker goofing off and laughing while the order taker tried to "listen ' to what I ordered. Which wasn't even right."
