"The waitress was in a belly shirt, the food was awful and meat was so tough I thought it was just a knee cap of an animal. Then the menu does not reflect the actual price. The better business bureau has multiple complaints about this business. I urge you not to go here so hopefully it goes out of business and a better restaurant replaces it."
"Ive been here lots of times! Ive brought so many people with me to try it. And I even had my first date with my boyfriend here almost 2 years ago! The people who work here are great and I always have a great time when I’m there! The food is so amazing! I havent been there in a couple of months and I’m craving the Egusi soup and fufu so bad! Im making a special trip back to Indiana next month so that I can finally have it again! I suggest getting the egusi soup with goat meat, its so delicious! I hope this business stays open for a very long time!"
"My first time trying African Beef and rice, the food was good, however if you are not used to the flavor profile, it may take some getting used too, I came at prime dinner time, very few people in the dining or bar area, ( like none.) A little concerning when it comes to turnaround and rotation. A few to go orders were being placed. From my personal experience, I will not be back, however for people who are really into African food, this place is worth a visit."
"The food here is so flavorful and unique, and the waitresses were very patient with us as we tried to navigate the unfamiliar menu. The prices did not match at all what was on the menu. We ended up paying almost double what we expected for the meal, and they charged us for water ($2.78 for each glass of water?!). I feel like we got gypped because of the confusing and new experience. The food is definitely worth trying, but just be prepared to pay a lot more than you expect."
