"If you ask for a Dark Roast coffee after 10:30 AM at the drive through, you will be refused the drink and asked to walk into the store to get your drink. If you order the dark roast through the APP, no questions asked! This was tested for 2 Months everyday. You wait for others to order 3-5 drinks and that takes more time than your request for a coffee! You pay $3 for a coffee and the employees get angry and refuse service. The Area Manager? Won’t respond to the problem! Call the 800 number and they will give you $20 for the inconvenience. Won’t change the problem. Have fun and enjoy the free beverages for the rude Beach Grove scumbags!"

"I come here all the time... probably too much...and every time my drinks are made perfectly, the drive-thru line moves quickly, and the workers are friendly! Shout out to Mo for always making sure I get my extra ice. This shop is very large with tons of seating inside and outside on the huge patio."
