"I come here more than I should knowing how many times I get home and my order is wrong this would be the only thing I have to eat so bringing it back isn't an option but today I am feed up !!!! I ordered a large Carmel frappe and no lg cups so they gave 2 smalls well I don't have cup holders in vehicle and one spilled all over my floor . I'm disabled an on oxygen so couldn't take that pic at time. But I get in my apt and I asked for XTRA ONION. There were NO XTRA ONIONS!! I'm trying to see how to upload photos but I don't see how . Anyways if this is a franchise Then Corporate needs to investigate a lot of these concerns and complaints Corporate can take business back if not held up to corporate standards!!"

"I have ordered numerous times to have food delivered. I order unsweet tea and every time it's sweet. How hard is it to read it correctly? If I was able to come myself to get I would. Try to call to make sure it's right after order and nobody ever answers the phone."

"The interior has had one of their two menu screens broken for awhile; hopefully, you can see the full menu from an indoor ordering kiosk now. A couple of dining tables have electric and USB power outlets. This can be a very busy location, both inside and drive-thru; probably why indoor tables can get messy. I prefer items from the $1/$2/$3 menu: * 400 calorie Sausage McMuffin is only $1.49 at the moment I'm writing, with a $1 deal for a 2nd McMuffin * McDoubles (double cheeseburgers) tend to be my standard orders after lunch; $2.19 for the 400 calorie sandwich (August 2023) * $1.29 for large soft drinks is an unusually good deal for a restaurant (altho gas stations often have cheaper fountain drinks)"

"This McDonald's is located at 1611 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202. I stopped here for lunch while I was in Indianapolis and the atmosphere was very busy. When I arrived, there was a delivery person who seemed to be in a hurry to leave and screamed at me. After passing this person they roared towards the exit and onto the street. I continued to the drive thru were I made my first attempt to place my order. A young miss greeted me verbally and then I place my order. She did not know how to process the buy one get one quarter pounder with cheese receipt coupon and had to involve management. I also asked for a large french fry. After sometime I finally reached the payment window where a young man asked me to pay for the wrong order. I reordered and added and or substituted the fry for a milkshake. Anyway, after receiving my partial order I decided to go inside to order a large french fry to go with the meal that I asked for originally. Inside there were people who seemed to be loitering or waiting for there order. There were self-ordering lanes but they were down and or out of order. No one greeted me or attended the front registers and all the employees were in the kitchen. I finally understood that no one was going to take my order. I left and decided to try the drive thru again. There I made my order for a large fry. I made my payment again at the first window. At the second window I received my bagged french fry and then I left. I was finally disappointed again with this large fry. It appeared to be a small fry within a large french fry container. As if someone did not have time for a lunch break and decided to stuff a handful of my fries down their throats."

"Wish I could give zero stars but I guess I can only give one so they can have that I guess I waited in line for 45 minutes in drive through to be given raw food. My daughter's quarter pounder with cheese was completely raw inside. So I'm not sure why I waited 45 minutes in the first place if my food was raw this place needs to be shut down or completely re staffed. They even screwed up on returning my money back to my card its been 2weeks and still no money back. SMH....."
